We have arranged a number of rooms at preferential rates at the Gouverneur Place Dupuis Hotel (www.gouverneur.com), opposite the Bibliothèque nationale du Québec where our congress will be held.
Regular rooms (with free wireless high-speed internet access): 139$CDN (roughly 135$US or 90€) per night, single or double occupation.
Business rooms (with free wireless high-speed internet access and breakfast): 179$CDN per night (roughly 174$US or 116€), single or double occupation.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservations must be made directly by the participants before April 30th 2010, either online or by calling the toll-free number 1-800-910-1111 (Canada and USA). Overseas participants can make their hotel reservation by calling 1-514-842-4881. In order to benefit from these special rates, it is important to mention the code 100 724 ICLS at the time of the reservation.
A credit card number or a cheque is required to guarantee your reservation. In the case of a guarantee by cheque, a deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate (including taxes) is required at the latest 30 days before your arrival.
